Challenge

Reclaimed copper arrived in varied lengths and conditions. The design intent required a composed visual rhythm while minimizing waste and maintaining weather integrity.

What we did

Used Stonepath proprietary panel planning software to optimize material usage, defined a placement sequence that respected length variations, created a precise installation diagram, and detailed edges, joints, and flashing for long term durability

Outcome

Architectural vision preserved with efficient material use, a clear site sequence, and a submittal set that reviewers approved without unnecessary rework
